While I was in Sydney over Easter I took a ton of photos, a lot of which were on the harbour, and which I’ve already posted but I still have a few photos yet to be categorised and put in a post.
The photographs for this post are of a nautical theme. Mostly when I was either on a ferry, waiting for a ferry or waiting for a train at Circular Quay and I tried to do a couple of shots with different viewpoints than the usual.
Again a beautiful harbour if not the most beautiful. Great time!
Good work and congratulations on finishing zero to hero. 🙂

Thank you and congrats to you as well. I will be a little lost for a few days without the community to go to!

Same. But I will use the chance to view some few blogs I may have missed out on day 28-29, due to added work load 🙂

I’ll send you an invite to contribute (just figured out how to do that) – will be first Saturday in June, so you have plenty of time to think something up. Have Nikki, Nate and Hugh all lined up for a Saturday feature over the next few weeks, so should be some interesting questions. Hope you have a nice time with your guests. Thanks for this 🙂

Karen, this is a fantastic gallery of photos! Colors, details, POV, processing – all just lovely! As an added bonus for me, I was excited to see that the ship was from the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, and when I zoomed in, to find out it was the Rhapsody. Sailed on her last summer to Alaska, after she had crossed from Sydney! Great, great memories.

How fascinating is that. To think that someone had taken a look at my photo (a joy in itself) and then to have sailed on that particular ship that just happened to be in the harbour at that time, when I just happened to take the photo. I find that one of those quirky coincidences in life. I guess that is one of the aspects photography is about – connecting. AND a big thank you for your compliments. They mean a lot to me. I appreciate your feedback. It has given me so much confidence, you just can’t imagine! I’m walking on air today 🙂
