Whoohoo my favourite colour and place where I lived in NSW, Australia…so you would think I couldn’t miss with this challenge….
So no sweeping landscapes this week or photos of Orange, the city, I haven’t had time to take any but next time Im there I will. Orange is in New South Wales, Australia and has a population of roughly 33,000 people. It is in the central west of NSW and mostly sheep and cattle prominent as well as growing cherries (no Oranges), apples and now grapes having a strong wine industry.
Here I have posted our non traditional Christmas in Orange last year. Each year one of our group picks some colours and we all have to find wrapping paper and decorations in those colours, last year it was grey, yellow, white and ORANGE…. and we all came together in ORANGE, NSW for our yearly gathering.
A different take this time around…..
I love your Christmas tree and gifts. Very cool. And great take on the challenge. 🙂

The orange works lovely with the grey. Cool, elegant and cultured.

Oh, what beautiful Christmas decorations, Karen! Makes my typical green tree with white lights seem so uninspired 😉 Seems like a fun “group.” 😀 Orange at Christmas, who would have thought??

I know hehe 🙂 we obviously have to much time on our hands at Christmas to source out the right colours etc but it makes it fun for us. One year my brother in law who is more the grinch of Christmas picked black thinking it would flatten our enthusiasm but we loved it and had black red and white.
