Angular conjures up architecture to me with all its different patterns and lines and on the Gold Coast the best place to find new and interesting architecture is Surfers Paradise.
The building is called Soul. It is 243m (797ft) tall, it opened in 2012. There are 288 apartments on 77 floors of the building. Each apartment sold for more than $1 million AUD.
