Weekly Photo Challenge: Twinkle

Twinkle twinkle little star…… how I wonder what you are | starry starry night, paint your palette blue and grey….

This week’s challenge didn’t have me reaching for the lights on the Christmas tree ….yet but thoughts of water at the tidal pools in Sydney when I was photographing the rock pools at Coogee. I loved how the light through the camera lens changed into stars without any filters or magic….

So  here is Coogee Rock pools… just wished I had a more graceful model in the photo 😉

Also in Sydney one early morning looking out my window of the hotel at the view below.  Again no filter, just the effect through the lens.

    • Thanks again Stacy, I hadn’t a chance yet to try my christmas lights with a bokeh effect and forgot tonight so will have to try again tomorrow. Hope you are prepared for Christmas but I think your Thanksgiving is a more celebrated occasion??
