Saffron is a hard colour that squeezes between Orange, yellow and Apricot.. one move slightly in a direction will elicit another colour. Its so hard to pinpoint that I am not sure if my rose is apricot or saffron or a piece of each…..

I agree with you. I prefer in the old days when the Crayola has only the basic colors – life was much simpler then. Now there are so many color ranges.

Thanks Cybele. Saffron truly is a confusing colour but I like this softer version rather than the yellow. I only like that in my curries! 🙂
