This week’s photo comes from Aunty Gloria’s shed. She has lived in this house, after marrying her first husband Wilbur, for 61years, venturing from the farm next door where she grew up as a child. She is now 91 years of age.
She has lived here through two husband’s on this property and it has been left pretty much as it was in its heyday. Items through the years can be found in here. It is like a timeline of life on the farm with nothing much moved since…..
Another shot on the point and shoot camera, because I only find interesting shots when I don’t have my Canon with me!
For some interesting black and white shots for todays challenge, head on over to Leanne Cole’s blog.
I like the doors slightly ajar with the light peeking in, and the old cupboard. Sheds are well suited to b & W.

Thanks Markus, it was the light that attracted my eye to start with beaming through the crooked doors 🙂

I really like this image Kaz. The slightly untidy items framed by the light around the door. And frankly, after 61 years, you’d think that it would be dingy and dark. My hat’s off to Aunty Gloria :-))

Yep she’s a lovely lady. I was taken with the old crooked doors with the light peering through and the old junk was an added bonus. Thanks Dan 🙂

Great picture! And I can totally relate to finding the perfect shot those moments you decided you wouldn’t need your SLR.
