Clouds, I have clouds in the bucket loads…. I love how clouds make the photograph, like icing on a cake, they give it character and some attitude and can make your photo pop. The Australian bush just looks like magic with the beautiful cloud display I saw on the way to the Farm at Gulgong, just magnificent.

Oh my, what BIG skies you have. Great photos.

Haha thanks Sixpixx. They are big and wide open which of course you notice more in the country areas.

Thanks Robyn, you would be used to these much more than me, but I couldn’t get over how lovely they are down your way 🙂

I agree, but they’re hard to plan for. 🙂
Two of my better photos (In my opinion) feature clouds to add drama.

Oh yes you’re right, nature doesn’t care about planning you just have to be ready for anything and have a lot of luck on the day 🙂

These are perfection. I really adore the sun rays in the 1st image. Clouds do make the image. I’m always so disappointed in empty skies when I see a landscape I really want to photograph.

It’s nice to see real clouds in your photos – I don’t like it when they’re edited in using Photoshop or something similar. It doesn’t seem right somehow

Thanks Michelle, I guess for fine art photos its part of it but for landscapes showing our lovely earth a la natural its not necessary especially with the lovely clouds we have around here 🙂
