An easier target this week for a photograph – wet, but coming up with a different take than the usual, slightly more difficult.
When I was on the farm, I was up quite early to catch the mist and the sunrise and happened to capture a couple of images of the dew resting on spider webs strewn amongst the weeds, like a pearl necklace. I didn’t have a macro so shots a little less sharp than I would have liked but here they are nonetheless. My interpretation of Wet.

Awesome. Like diamonds on curved lines.

Thanks Reinhold, yes I liked the curves caused by the weight of the droplets, it does shape a pretty pattern 🙂

These are fantastic, I love them and I think the black and white treatment really enhances them.

Thanks Leanne. I did post them previously in my Gulgong shots but yes I think the B&W does show the droplets up better. Should of kept them for MM!!! 🙂

These work especially well in black and white, I think the incredible ball form of the second one is my favourite, the branch itself looks like a giant spider in the middle of it !

Thanks Claudette, I have done it in colour and it looks so much more dramatic in black and white with a crop 🙂
