Thanks Sue. This lucky lady was still working hard for a living in Vietnam. Kind of wonder if she were here she would be taken care of. I also wonder about her age. A lot of hard work on the river in her lifetime had been etched onto her lovely face.

I suspect she is considerably younger than her looks, due to a hard life….

Or a tripod, ahh maybe another chance for a selfie, maybe by the time we get to that age we will have mastered how to do them. lol

I got a feeling we never will but we live in hope! 🙂 As long as our arthritic fingers can still press a button we will be happy

That’s true, I think being pathetic at selfies is not a bad thing.

Wonderful image Kaz and a perfect quote – I love her hands as much as her face, astonishing character.

Thanks Jane, at first I cropped into just her face which was a few years ago then yesterday I got the original and decided it was a better story without the dramatic crop. It told us more so thanks for that 🙂

Thanks Reinhold, I think she looks a lot better in B&W too, it tells a story without distraction from the colour 🙂
