Yes, the stingray. 🙂 Oh, oh, may be I should lookup terms in Google first. A cafe selling ice cream. Over here usually Italian cafes. Ice cream cafe would have been better.

At my age ice cream is a drug! My fav is Spaghetti ice cream. Vanilla ice cream is extruded through a modified Spätzle press or potato ricer, giving it the appearance of spaghetti. It is then placed over whipped cream and topped with strawberry sauce (to simulate tomato sauce) and either coconut flakes, grated almonds, or white chocolate shavings to represent the parmesan cheese. Fabulous. There’s a group that meets at my local shopping centre car park every Saturday night and I’ve been so tempted to ask if I can photograph them. It’s an informal meeting and quite often they are running their engines loudly but still….

I’m sure they wouldnt mind at all Desley after all they are proud of their cars and do want to show them off at any opportunity otherwise they wouldnt meet there. Give it a go 🙂
