Change is commonly defined as “to give a completely different form or appearance to; to transform.”
Living on the Gold Coast is wonderful weather wise, we miss out on the harsher colder temperatures in winter being the envy of a lot of other places in Australia. There are a couple of downfalls though, one being unable to grow bulbs here because of the milder climes and the second one being our leaves do not change in Autumn as they do elsewhere.
This past Autumn I was lucky enough (if not freezing!!) to be down south where the trees do change colour so was very happy to experience the “change” of seasons.

No i used to many years ago but have been in a more tropical area for over 20 years now. I don’t like the cold but love the colours 😊

I’ve lived in Canada for a year or so in the 90s in Vancouver,. Canada is such a beautiful place, I want to go back with my camera and really capture it again. Its different visiting, then I don’t mind the cold as you know its not for ever!! Although Vancouver was pretty mild compared to the rest of the country. Where abouts?

what beautiful autumn captures… i enjoy watching the changing of the seasons – but autumn is definitely the most colourful time of the year. and then i am never sad when winter changes into spring 🙂

Lovely captures! I’m in a similar boat here in the southern US. We don’t lose our leaves, but that means we also don’t get autumn color. A fair trade but I do miss the colors!
